how to

  1. Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells in both hands with arms at sides.

  2. Press your toes on the ground, raising your heels off the floor.

  3. Slowly lower your heels until your feet are fully in contact with the ground.

tips

  • Keep your chest up and back straight.
  • Focus on raising the heels off the floor while keeping your knees straight.

Trunk Stretch

how to

  1. Sit comfortably on a bench with knees bent and feet placed on the ground. Place your hands behind your head.

  2. Lower your upper body towards one end of the bench from the side. Hold for few seconds and feel the stretch on the high side of your body.

  3. Return to the starting position and perform the same movement on the opposite side.

tips

  • Avoid hunching your back.
  • Do not move your hips while bending your upper body to the side.
  • Maintain a smooth breathing rhythm throughout the exercise.
